Prepare healthy and delicious food with Registered Dietician, Sally Ayotte! Learn about seasonal ingredients, and how to make healthy cooking and eating a fun and delicious habit! Adult classes will emphasize knife skills and menu selection, while kid’s classes will explore creative and yummy snacks that use local and nutritious ingredients. Knives will not be used in kid’s classes. Pre-registration is recommended because there is a MAX of 6 adults or 10 kids per class! Drop-ins will be accommodated if there is room–please arrive 15 minutes early to register. Please indicate any food allergies when you register.
