Adult Pool Events

FAMILY NIGHTS
Every Thursday throughout the year, we’ll lower our prices for the entire family. Pack the swim bag, bring the kids and their friends and come take advantage of one of Salida’s best assets. Let the kids blow off some energy while you get some exercise. Bring the little one’s PJs and they’ll be ready for bed when you leave. Kids under 8 must be able to swim one length of the pool or have an adult in the water with them. See you there!  Every Thursday, 5 – 8 pm. $5/adult, $3/youth 6-17, $2/children 5 and under, punch passes and memberships accepted.

PARENT TOT SWIM
Kids love the water! Mornings before noon, we bring out blow-up toys and floaties and give the small pool over to families with young children. It’s a great time to get the kids comfortable in the water and a chance for parents to connect with other parents.  Monday – Saturday, 10 am – noon. $5/adult, $3/youth 6-17, $2/children 5 and under, punch passes and memberships accepted.

KAYAK ROLL SESSION
Come on in from the cold and practice your kayak roll so that once the temperatures warm and the waters rise, you’ll be ready to go!  Please note that you will need to bring your own equipment, and no instruction is provided.  Mondays, November – April, 7 – 9 pm.  $8, punch passes and memberships with add on pass accepted.

WATER VOLLEYBALL
Come get some exercise while you enjoy the buoyant effects of the water and the company of friends during these fast and friendly games. A supportive group, who are all about fun, will welcome you and show you the ropes. No experience necessary. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 – 9 am, $4.50, punch passes and memberships with add on pass accepted.

ADULT COACHED SWIM WORKOUTS
Adult swimmers of all abilities are invited to join us on Monday mornings and Wednesday nights. Workouts will focus on speed, technique and endurance. Whether you’re training for a specific event or just want to push yourself a little harder in a group setting, come join us for great workouts. Mondays (endurance focus), 6 – 7 am, and Wednesdays (technique focus), 5:30 – 6:30 pm. $5, punch passes and memberships with add on pass accepted.  Download a sample workout!
